Terms & Conditions
1 Liability
Our liability is limited to 10 times the cleaning cost of the specific item in case of loss or damage. All claims must be made within 24 hours of collection.
2 Stain Removal
Some old or complex stains may not be completely removable. We prioritize fabric safety over aggressive chemical use and will inform you of any risks before proceeding.
3 Delivery & Collection
Customers are responsible for verifying item counts upon pickup and delivery. Discrepancies must be reported immediately. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand.
4 Unclaimed Items
Items left uncollected for over 3 months may be disposed of or donated to charity. We will attempt to contact you before taking this action.
5 Special Garments
Delicate, designer, or heavily embellished garments are cleaned at the owner's risk. We recommend declaring high-value items at drop-off for additional care.
6 Payment
Payment is due upon collection. We accept cash and card payments. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly per the agreed terms.
